You can absolutely gain weight in ketosis (or on any diet really). Experiment with high calories, whether that means more fats and sticking to keto or going back to carbs which is also totally fine and pretty common for bulking phases (carbs are easy to shovel down and cheap). Whatever you do though you need to up the calories!
